Yellow/red Peppers

I am a first-time pepper grower. I have three healthy plants, two yellow and one red. They have produced a lot of great looking peppers. Unfortuantely, they are all still green. I can't eat green peppers and was wondering when they will turn yellow and red. I planted them in June and live in Colorado where we have a short growing season.
